Fidelity Monitoring and Feedback Loops in Intervention and Services Research for Programs Offered to Justice-Involved Individuals
The Fidelity Monitoring and Feedback Loops in Intervention and Services Research for Programs offered to Justice-Involved Individuals course series is designed to help researchers and practitioners develop core skills and develop the knowledge needed to engage in implementing programs using fidelity monitoring, and the processes for using fidelity measurement and assessment methods to adapt programs when needed, and engaging in an implementation-assessment-improvement feedback loop that ensures continuous quality improvement over time. People who take this course series can take just one course to hone in on a particular skill set, pick and choose courses based on needs, or they can begin the course with course number one and progress all the way through course number seven. For those people who complete all seven courses, they'll receive a certificate of fidelity assurance, similar to certificates provided for courses in university settings.
Although the courses vary somewhat in length, most are between 30 and 45 minutes including lecture content, skill building activities, and a post-test to assess knowledge gained during the course.
